These systems deliver the capability to learn & follow a 3D contour or motion path, with a high degree of speed, precision, accuracy & repeatability. All combinations of SMAC actuators can be used: Linear, rotary & linear + rotary axis.

Complex programming is not required as the user can simply manually ‘trace’ the 3D path required by the actuators and it is then automatically stored in the controller’s memory. The systems also feature & utilize linear interpolation – which enables a constant speed whilst following the chosen XYZ axis contour.

Ideal applications are measuring & testing (QC), depositing, machining scoring, & cutting to name a few!
