To do the above using conventional methods is both extremely difficult and very costly.

Previous to the SMAC solution being implemented the customer had 40+ people hand checking the components with bad parts still passing through the checks.

They now have a 100% check & data verification on ALL dimensions with zero bad passing the inspection routine.

The manufacturer of the detonator charge was in serious danger of losing the business from his customer due to the time cost and inconvenience they were causing.

Within one year of implementing the SMAC solution they were named “Supplier of the Year” by the same customer.
